High-energy, team-based careers event where students become the founders of their own sports organisation. Across four engaging workshops, they develop business ideas, plan events, explore sport science, and create marketing campaigns before pitching their concept in a Dragons’ Den-style finale. By tackling real-world challenges and making key decisions, students gain valuable insight into the diverse careers that power the sports industry while developing essential employability skills.

A dynamic careers event designed to help students make informed decisions about their future.
