Careers Launch
Year 12 & 13

.

Careers Launch is an exciting one-day careers and enterprise challenge designed to inspire the next generation of talent. Created for Years 12 & 13, the event transforms students into the leadership team of their own sporting organisation, giving them the opportunity to experience the fast-paced world of sport, business and innovation.

Throughout the day, students tackle realistic industry challenges, make strategic decisions, develop creative ideas and work collaboratively to grow their organisation.

Along the way, they explore the wide range of careers that power the sport industry, from marketing and events to commercial operations, media, technology and leadership. Engaging, interactive and curriculum-linked, Explore & Create helps young people connect classroom learning to future careers, build confidence in their abilities and develop the communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills essential for success in any industry.
