Future Pathways is an inspiring and interactive careers experience designed to help young people discover where their future could take them. Bringing together employers, industry professionals, universities, apprenticeship providers and career experts, the event showcases the vast range of opportunities available across the world of sport and beyond.
Created for Years 10 & 11, Future Pathways gives students direct access to the people, organisations and opportunities shaping the future of the industry. Through engaging presentations, practical workshops and real-world insights, attendees gain a deeper understanding of the skills, qualifications and experiences needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
From sports science, coaching and performance to marketing, business, events, media, technology and health, students explore the full ecosystem of careers that drive one of the world’s most exciting industries.
The event empowers young people to make informed decisions about their education, future pathways and career ambitions. Students leave with greater confidence, clearer direction and a stronger understanding of the opportunities available to them after school, sixth form and beyond.

GPS Data Analysis Workshop

Psychological Decision-Making Workshop

Physiology & Biomechanics Workshop
