Sue Gregory, Chief Executive Officer – Everton in the Community

Sue joined Everton in the Community over 11 years ago, starting as a Programme Manager and quickly rising to become Director of Youth Engagement, Employability, and Sports Development. She held this influential role for a decade before being appointed CEO in April 2022.

Under Sue’s leadership, the charity has already achieved remarkable success, earning two prestigious accolades: Premier League’s Best Community Scheme at the Football Business Awards and Premier League Community Club of the Year at the Armstrong Projects Northwest Football Business Awards.

As CEO, Sue continues to drive the charity’s ambitious vision, steering its growth through transformative projects like the Bramley Moore Dock stadium and the Goodison Park Legacy Project, ensuring Everton in the Community remains at the forefront of positive change.
