- (Ages 14-18)
- Perfect for school groups and students aged 14–18. This ticket includes access to all exhibitor zones, as well as entry to inspiring speaker sessions and interactive workshops tailored to young people exploring careers in sport.
- (Ages 18+)
- For anyone aged 18+ looking for the full event experience. This ticket includes access to all exhibitor areas and entry to dedicated speaker sessions and workshops designed to support your next steps into the sports industry.
- (Ages 18+)
- Ideal for university students, apprentices, and career changers aged 18 and over. This FREE ticket gives you access to the exhibitor zones during a selected two-hour time slot — speaker sessions and workshops are NOT included.
Please note: Venue capacity is limited, so early booking is recommended.

Our speaker programme is open to all attendees with a paid ticket — including both school groups (ages 14–18) and visitors aged 18+. Opening Times
Doors open at 9:30am, with the event running until 5:30pm.
Those attending with a free “Visitor” ticket will have access to the exhibitor zones during a predefined two-hour time slot.
Please arrive in good time to make the most of all our zones, talks, and networking opportunities.
Getting to the Venue
By Car – We strongly recommend using public transport where possible, as parking near the stadium is very limited.
If you do choose to drive, the stadium is accessible via the M4 (Junction 2) or A4 Great West Road, depending on your direction of travel. Please allow extra time for local traffic.
Public Transport – The stadium is extremely well connected by public transport:
Train / Overground:
- Kew Bridge Station (South Western Railway services) is just a 2-minute walk from the stadium
- Gunnersbury Station (District Line & London Overground) is around a 10-minute walk
Bus Routes: Several local buses stop near the stadium, including routes 65, 237, 267, and 391.
