Ticket Options

'Introduction' Ticket
£15per ticket
  • (Ages 14-17)
  • Perfect for school groups and students aged 14–17. This ticket includes access to the careers fair as well as entry to inspiring speaker sessions and interactive workshops tailored to young people exploring careers in sport.
Careers Fair Only
Freeper ticket
  • (Ages 18+)
  • Ideal for university students, apprentices, and career changers aged 18 and over. This FREE ticket gives you access to the careers fair during a selected time slot — speaker sessions and workshops are NOT included.

Please note: Venue capacity is limited, so early booking is recommended.

Plan your day with ease — below you’ll find a full breakdown of arrival times, speaker sessions, and workshops for each ticket type. Whether you’ve chosen Careers Fair Only, Introduction, or Accelerator access, this guide ensures you won’t miss a moment.

Careers Fair Only (Ages 18+)
Time Slots

10.00 am – 11.30 am
11.30 am – 1.00 pm
2.30 pm – 4.00 pm

Those attending with a free Careers Fair Only ticket will have access to the exhibitor zones during a pre-defined 90 minute time slot. Attendees will be asked to leave at the end of their session to allow the next wave to enter.

Please arrive in good time to make the most of all our zones and networking opportunities.

Note: this ticket does NOT allow entry to any of the guest speaker sessions or workshops.

Introduction Event (Ages 14-17)

Opening Times

Doors open at 9:00am, with the event running until 4:00pm.

Those attending with a free “Careers Fair Only” ticket will have access to the exhibitor zones during a predefined 90 minute time slot.

Please arrive in good time to make the most of all our zones, talks, and networking opportunities.

Getting to the Venue

By Car – We recommend using public transport where possible, as on-site parking is limited and may be unavailable on event days.

If driving, Edgbaston is accessible via the A38 (Bristol Road) or the A441 (Pershore Road), with clear signage from major routes. Public parking may be available at Queen’s Ride Car Park (on-site, limited) or at nearby Calthorpe Park and MAC Birmingham (5–10 mins walk).

Public Transport – Edgbaston is well connected by train and bus:

Train: The nearest stations are University Station (15 mins walk or short bus/taxi) and Five Ways Station (a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride).

Bus Routes: Several bus routes stop near the stadium including 1, 45, 47, and 61, serving key parts of the city.
