Join the live recording of “What’s My Goal”, a podcast focused on supporting young footballers and their families in navigating a career in football. Katie Chapman and Dr. Simon Moore, along with special guests, will discuss diverse career paths in football, from media and branding to psychology and sports science. Attendees can engage in a live Q&A with the panel to gain career insights and advice.

Katie Chapman, a former England Lioness with 94 caps, had a stellar 26-year career playing for top clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea. Having played in the Champions League, won the FA Cup, and now acting as a Chelsea FC ambassador, Katie offers a wealth of experience in leadership, resilience, and team dynamics.

Dr. Simon Moore, a Chartered Psychologist, specialises in human behaviour, motivation, and decision-making. He has worked with professional clubs to better understand team dynamics, communication and motivation from a psychological perspective – trying to unpick why things happen, why they don’t and what we can try and do about it.

This podcast will include a guest appearance from Marcus Gayle, former Premier League professional footballer and Brentford FC club ambassador.
